THCS launches its third Joint Transnational Call (JTC) for proposals aiming to fund research and innovation projects that strengthen primary and community health and care systems and provide policy and decision makers with the necessary knowledge and tools to govern the transitions needed in the primary and community care sector. The joint transnational call focuses on two areas: - Strengthening primary and community health and care systems through innovations in organization, operations, and service delivery to reduce dependency on institutionalized treatment. - Modernizing primary and community care by providing evidence-based insights to inofrm policy and strategic planning, incorporating multidisciplinary and transnational approaches.
