Abstract

We aim to describe new pathways involved in immunoresistance, with particular attention to mast cells (MCs) and B cells as their role in tumorigenesis and CRC progression is largely obscure. Our contribution to the topic and the data generated will help to define new approaches and more personalized therapies against CRC.

A more complete understanding of the MC-B cell interactions in CRC, as well as their contribution to the establishment of a suppressive ME, will enhance and personalize therapeutic options and improve clinical outcomes.
