WELCOME DAY.
at the opening of the doctoral cycle, the vision of the doctoral programme, its aims and the articulation of the doctoral pathway will be explained.

LIVING THE PHD EXPERIENCE SUCCESSFULLY.
The course aims to develop skills to:

• identify risks, look for opportunities, resources (e.g. library) and strategies to overcome difficulties throughout the doctoral process
• create intra-departmental, and extra-departmental networks at national and international level with other PhD students and research lines
• develop effective relations with one's mentor and the teaching staff, asking for supervision and feedback
  knowing and activating the necessary resources: orienteering departmental and university resources
• know how to manage the administrative aspects of the doctoral programme
  self-evaluate the doctoral programme through the use of self-evaluation indicators
