Mathematics

The Course develops basic notions in mathematics and offers specialized courses in Pure and Applied Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, and Mathematics Teaching Methods. Graduates can teach or work in any field that requires good analytical-deductive skills, most typically in research, industries, the service sector and finance. The course is divided into 2 years. There are obligatory courses in both pure and applied mathematics. You can also choose more advanced courses to complete your preparation according to your interests. A substantial part of the study plan is dedicated to the preparation of the thesis. The University has Conventions with several foreign Universities, which you are encouraged to attend.
