To foster gender equality and equal opportunities, the Bar Association of Udine and the University of Udine promote and finance a degree prize dedicated to the memory of Silvia Gobbato.
Silvia was a trainee lawyer, who graduated from the University of Udine and was brutally killed in 2013. The award is open to bachelor and master graduates at the University of Udine, whose final thesis based on a gender perspective tackles crucial issues of gender studies, such as gender violence or discrimination based on gender.
