Course on equal opportunities and inclusion - for students of the University of Udine 2021/2022
According to the 2020-2022 Positive Actions Plan, the CUG promotes a course to strengthen the culture of inclusion.
The course is aimed to all the students of Bachelor's Degree, Master's Degree and PhD courses in order to promote the culture of respect and inclusion. Specifically, the course aims to: acquire knowledge on the systemic mechanisms of exclusion and understand the genesis of stereotypes and prejudices; develop skills to promote equal opportunities, the inclusion of diversity, the recognition and enhancement of different talents in a logic of promoting rights, respect and civil coexistence, reducing inequalities and fighting all forms of discrimination and violence; promote autonomy of judgment, mediation, adaptation, integration and inclusion skills; develop soft skills aimed at managing and communicating the value of diversity in professional contexts and in team working.
