The accreditation process aimed at being conferred the “HR-Excellence in Research” Award by the European Commission requires drafting and submitting a first five-year action plan, which must be reviewed after two years following the mid-term Interim Assessment.

In the Award Renewal Phase a new three-year action plan must subsequently be submitted.

The University of Udine presented the first action plan in 2016 (Action Plan 2016-2018), which was reviewed and integrated with new actions in 2019 (Action Plan 2019-2021).

The action plan for the Award Renewal Phase was presented in 2022 (Action Plan 2022-2024).
