At the request of the Rector’s representative for the implementation of the European Charter for Researchers and the Code of Conduct for the Recruitment of Researchers, on January 2022 the University of Udine has adopted the “Policy for an Open, Transparent and Merit-based Recruitment of Researchers – Summary Document”.

The University of Udine is aware that its recruitment system, although already open, transparent and merit-based, can be further implemented and improved, also by adopting new measures and/or updating the existing ones.
